"I started here back in September with a phone call. I met Gordon and he evaluated me after going through two back surgeries. He has been fantastic to work with. He recognizes our limitations but challenges us each day. Since then I have built up my core to as strong as possible, dropped two sizes in clothes and have so much better energy. I have also accomplished a 5k in the past 9 months. Prior to that the best I did was be a spectator or walk my dog. Joining has been the best decision I have done for myself.
